Liane Eggleston
Busyfingers Woodworking is a family operated business which was initiated almost 30 years ago. The first generation of Busyfingers began in the early 1980s, when the ladies of the family made knitted and crocheted items and a father and son made children’s toys. They were thought of as being, “Santa’s Workshop.” After almost ten years, Busyfingers took a break, but in 2005, Buck Green and Liane Eggleston, a father and daughter duo, decided to begin this adventure again. At this time, their workshop is located on the River Road in Potsdam, NY and they specialize in Adirondack rustic furniture, children’s toys, and other home décor items. They currently sell their handcrafted works at many local craft shows and online at
www.busyfingers148.com. You can also find their handcrafted items at North Country Neighbors Antique, Craft and Flea Market which is located in Potsdam. Buck and Liane enjoy this family-oriented business as they are able to spend a lot of time together reminiscing about the history of Busyfingers, and it provides them time to do the hobby in which they enjoy the most.
