St. Lawrence NYSARC's vocational program, Seaway Industries can provide professional services to customers with the assistance of AbilityOne/NISH.

 

AbilityOne/NISH is a Federal entity that assists nonprofit agencies to procure job opportunities for people with disabilities.  They assist nonprofit agencies and customers to create a reasonable pricing structure.  AbilityOne/NISH, along with St. Lawrence NYSARC remain steadfast in the goal to create meaningful employment opportunities for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  AbilityOne/NISH employs 39,000 individuals with disabilities nationally. 

 

St. Lawrence NYSARC currently holds three large AbilityOne/NISH contracts with the federal government utilizing their custodial services.
