Vocational training program to build job development skills

Services coordinated to reflect employee choices

On-the-job training with projects from local business partners

Members of the Seaway Industries Advisory Council assist with the philosophy of

services and provide insight on self-advocacy issues

Federal and State contracts are maintained

Seaway Industries provides rehabilitation and vocational training for adults with disabilities residing in St. Lawrence County. The following services are offered on a daily basis: vocational evaluations, individual and group counseling regarding personal and work adjustment skills, job placement services on crews, industrial enclaves, storefronts, and with community employers. Seaway Industries is also a DOH approved vendor for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury. Seaway Industries' facilities are located in Canton, Hermon, Ogdensburg and Massena, with supported work sites in numerous communities throughout the county.
