July 6th, 2009 St. Lawrence NYSARC began offering an affordable

way for employees, staff and the community to improve their health.

Get Fit consists of hydraulic circuit equipment that gently works muscles to help people increase their overall fitness. The circuit is eight machines that cover each major muscle group. The gym also has free weights, stretch bands, wrist weights, balance balls and much more! Come on in and check it out!

Get Fit is only

$12 a month for staff

and

$20 monthly

for community members.

Get Fit is located at The Community Center, 1942 Old DeKalb Road in Canton. It is a great location with lots of parking and a very affordable way to stay FIT while working out your stress from a long day at work.
