St. Lawrence NYSARC's vocational program, Seaway Industries can provide professional services to customers with the assistance of NYSID.

NYSID is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing meaningful employment to citizens within New York State with intellectual and developmental disabilities. NYSID offers preferred source purchasing to the New York State government which allows lower costing structures without requiring a bidding process. NYSID employs over 7,300 individuals with disabilities in New York State.

St. Lawrence NYSARC currently holds eight NYSID contracts with New York State utilizing services including:
