Staff The staff is comprised of individuals from all around the State of New York.  Most of these individuals are college students who are currently studying and have a passion for this field of work.  Staff are certified in First Aid/CPR and trained on how to interact with individuals with varying types of disabilities.  A fully qualified lifeguard and water safety instructor patrols the beach as young and old enjoy the 25-acre pond.

Medical Dodge Pond Summer Camp has a Registered Nurse on duty during the camping season.  Certified medical staff are also available around the clock for any unexpected emergencies.  In the event a camper gets injured or becomes ill during his or her stay, the parent or guardian will be contacted as soon as possible.  Clifton-Fine Hospital is located only 10 miles from the campsite.  The emergency room for acute care is utilized in the event of a medical emergency.

Camp Fees and Payment A $25.00 deposit must accompany the Reservation Form in order to reserve the dates you have requested.  It will not be possible for us to refund the deposit if you fail to attend camp.  If there are unusual circumstances, please feel free to call.  The $25.00 deposit will be deducted from the weekly fee.  The balance will be due prior to the camper's arrival at Dodge Pond.

For campers who require 1:1 staffing, an additional fee of $75.00 per week is required for that accommodation.  (Please be reminded: There are a limited number of openings for 1:1 staffing).  Camp fees are available by calling the Director of Summer Camp.
