Traumatic Brain Injury Program's Mission

St. Lawrence NYSARC is committed to developing and providing effective

services for survivors of Traumatic Brain Injury.  The TBI Program provides individual

 choice and optimal level of independence in the home, at work and in the community.

St. Lawrence NYSARC's TBI Waiver Program offers the following:

Philosophy of the DOH HCBS/TBI Waiver

The HCBS/TBI Waiver services were developed to honor each participant’s individual strengths and unique needs.  The Waiver Participant is in the center of all the support and services offered.

Each person participating in the waiver, will work to increase their independence and self reliance with the achievement of personal goals forefront in all service plans.
